Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in - 1:00 PM.
  • Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
  • The Early Check In charges are as below:
    • Before 6 AM: 100% charges for one day payable as per room rates of the previous day (subject to availability)
    • 6 AM onwards: 50% charges payable as per room rates of the previous day
  • All our guests who have arrived early can park their luggage bags in our storage space.
  • Check-out:11 AM
  • Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
  • The late check-out charges are as below:
    • Post 1 PM – Upto 3 PM: 30% charges payable as per room rates of the day (subject to availability)
    • Post 3 PM – Upto 5 PM: 50% charges payable as per room rates of the day. (subject to availability)
    • Post 5 PM: 100% charges payable as per room rates of the day. (subject to availability)
  • All bookings will be accepted against 100% advance payment.
  • Our website is equipped with a payment gateway that accepts all major Debit and Credit Cards, UPI, Payment Wallets and Direct Bank Transfer.
  • Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, we will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back.
  • At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to us. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.

Dining

  • Meal timings:
    • Breakfast: 7:30AM to 10:30AM
    • Lunch: 12:30PM to 3:30PM
    • Dinner: 7:00PM to 10:30PM
  • Breakfast is complimentary for our guests for all rooms.
  • We also offer round-the-clock, 24-hour room service for our guests.
  • All main meals are served only in the restaurant area. We only serve select snacks, tea and coffee in our rooms. You are requested to not carry any food and beverages to your rooms.
  • In case you have any dietary specifications for yourself or your family; you are requested to let us know well in advance. Extra charges will be applicable for the same.
  • Our restaurant and other facilities are not open to non-resident guests; In case you do wish to invite some friends, do let us know in advance and we will make arrangements accordingly.

Accommodation and Amenities

  • A maximum of 2 adults are allowed to stay in our rooms. The tariffs are appointed for double occupancy and if you do need to accommodate an extra guest, the charges are as follows (this includes sleeping arrangement & complimentary breakfast):
    • 0 -5 years: Free of cost without use of an extra mattress. If an extra mattress is requested, as per the applicable extra person room tariff
    • Above 5 years: Extra Bed will be chargeable as Extra Person based on the room plan availed
  • We provide daily housekeeping service on request. Please leave your room keys behind if you want us to tidy up your room.
  • We are continuously striving to uphold our environmental friendly approach, and hence, we request our guests to reuse the towels provided. We do not change the bed linen daily; however we will be doing so upon request and your discretion.
  • In case you are driving down with a designated driver / chauffeur, accommodation for your driver can be arranged at INR 500 per night. Upon request, we can serve food to your driver at INR 175 for the breakfast and INR 250 per any other meal.
  • Household help / maids will be deemed as an extra person and reservations for them need to be made in advance.
  • We're a pet friendly property, and have allocated rooms for you and your pets. Your four-legged companion can accompany you in your room when you stay with us, and we can even provide a dog bed upon request. An option of freshly cooked meals from a fixed menu for dogs is also available upon request. Do let us know if any special arrangements need to be made and we shall try and organize the same.
  • The entire property is Wi-Fi enabled. You can request the concierge for the password.
  • A private bonfire can be set up for you in pre-designated areas at an extra charge of INR 700 for upto 2 hours and at INR 350 / hour post 2 hours.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, PAN card and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to admission and changes in policies as they may deem fit from time to time.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For bookings up to 3 rooms
      Cancellation Time Cancellation Fee
      7 days or more prior to check-in date FREE Cancellation (100% refund)
      Within 7 days of Check in 1 night's booking amount charged and a transferable voucher provided for 1 night complimentary stay, to be used within 6 months of issue. Applicable on bookings of minimum 2 nights of stay
      On the date of check-in No refund on not showing up
      Mid-stay cancellation In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be charged for the next 24 hours after the official cancellation. Money for the remaining nights will be refunded
  • For bookings of 4 or more rooms
      Cancellation Time Cancellation Fee
      30 days or more prior to check-in date FREE Cancellation (100% refund)
      Between 15 to 30 days of check-in date 50% advance amount
      Less than 15 days of check-in date 100% advance amount
      On the date of check-in No refund on not showing up
      Mid-stay cancellation In case you decide to shorten your booking for 4 or more rooms post the check-in date, no refund is applicable on the booking

Other Rules

  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset.
  • Guests shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
  • Everyone has the right to a peaceful, good night’s sleep. We really do not entertain any guests playing loud music and we urge our guests to maintain the decorum during the wee hours. The Management shall take stern action on any violation of the above.
  • We do not have amenities for Toddlers or Infants. There is no play area or engagements for young ones, or the staff to tend to them on our premises. We request you to not let your young ones unattended as our staff cannot take care or responsibility for them.
  • The indoor restaurant and guest rooms are strictly non-smoking areas. You may step out in to the balcony if you wish to smoke your cigarettes. We reserve the right to fine up to INR 5000 in case anyone is found smoking indoors.
